KERRI-ANNE Edwards is a well-represented artist from the Kaltjiti community in the APY Lands of north-west SA that is now known as Fregon.
Kunytjanu is a waterhole and Aboriginal community serviced by Pipalyatjara to the north with the area around it associated with several dreamings. The waterhole itself is associated with the dreaming of the water snake and this painting shows the land of her community with all the dreamings intact.
